Overview

On Nakheel's Dubai Islands (formerly Deira Islands), off the Deira coast, this is Dubai's first and only public beach where dogs are welcome in the sea. Alongside the open sand there's a fenced, off-leash dog park with an obstacle course (slalom posts, a hoop and a high-jump platform), a separate dog swimming area, pet showers and drinking fountains. Free, and genuinely built for dogs rather than just tolerating them.
