BoxPark takes the shipping-container retail concept and applies it to a low-rise outdoor strip along Al Wasl Road in Jumeirah. The atmosphere is relaxed and neighbourhood-oriented, with independent and semi-independent café and boutique operators favoured over chains. Enjoyable in the cooler months; considerably less appealing during summer heat.
