Black Palace Beach (Secret Beach) — Dog-Friendly Stretch
Dubai's best-known informal dog-friendly beach — wild, quiet and unmanaged.
An early estimate with no source on file yet — confirm before relying on it.
Overview
Black Palace Beach (also called Secret Beach) is a largely undeveloped coastal strip between Jumeirah and the Palm Monorail. Dogs are commonly walked and allowed to swim here — it remains one of the very few open stretches where this is broadly tolerated. No lifeguards, no facilities, but clear water and good skyline views.
