Black Palace Beach (Secret Beach): Dog-Friendly Stretch
Dubai's best-known informal dog-friendly beach, wild, quiet and unmanaged.
An early estimate with no source on file yet, or too little sourced data to trust. Confirm before relying on it.
Overview
Black Palace Beach (also called Secret Beach) is a largely undeveloped coastal strip between Jumeirah and the Palm Monorail. Dogs are commonly walked and allowed to swim here, it remains one of the very few open stretches where this is broadly tolerated. No lifeguards, no facilities, but clear water and good skyline views.
